We want you to be completely comfortable in your LAKE pajamas. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.

  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason to generate your prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
